Every line above is expanded below. Section 5 is the one worth reading closely.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how 1Win Sports ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. It covers what data the app processes, where that data is stored, which third parties receive data, why we process it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

1Win Sports is a free health calculator for Body Mass Index, daily calorie needs, body fat percentage, ideal weight, water intake and macronutrients, together with a personal weight journal. It is an informational tool, not a medical device.

By installing and using the app you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the app and uninstall it.

2. Summary

3. Data that stays on your device

The following is processed locally, on your device only, and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else:

This data is stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. We have no server that holds it, no backup of it, and no way to recover it. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

4. Start screen and this Policy

Each time you open the app, a start screen is shown with a link to this Policy. Tapping "Start" opens this document in a Chrome Custom Tab, an in-app browser window. When you close that window and return to the app, the app stores a counter on your device recording how many times you have passed the start screen, and sends that counter to OneSignal as the value po_ac.

The counter is a number only. It contains nothing about you, about your health data, or about what you read.

5. Third-party service: OneSignal (push notifications)

We use OneSignal, Inc. to deliver push notifications and in-app messages. To make delivery and basic targeting possible, the OneSignal SDK transmits the following to OneSignal's servers:

a) Identifiers it creates itself

A push subscription token issued by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, and a random OneSignal subscription ID. These identify the installation, not you as a person.

b) Values the app sets deliberately, and only these three

c) Technical data the OneSignal SDK collects automatically

Device model and manufacturer, Android version, app version, SDK version, time zone, language and country reported by the system, notification permission status, session timestamps, and whether a notification or message was received, displayed, tapped or dismissed. We do not control this list; it is defined by OneSignal.

No health data, body measurement, weigh-in or calculation result is ever sent to OneSignal or to any other third party.

OneSignal processes this data as our service provider and under its own privacy policy, available at onesignal.com/privacy_policy. OneSignal is based in the United States, so this data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

6. Why we process this data

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.

7. Permissions the app requests

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, GPS or network location, contacts, call logs, SMS, files, photos, health platforms or accounts, and it does not read your advertising ID.

8. Local weigh-in reminder

The optional daily reminder is scheduled by Android on your device. It does not use OneSignal and does not require an internet connection. Switching it off in Settings cancels it immediately.

9. Data retention

10. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not share it with advertising networks, data brokers or analytics companies. The only recipient is OneSignal, in the role of our processor, as described in section 5. We may disclose information if required by law, by a court order, or by a lawful request from a competent authority.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California may additionally request information about data categories collected and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We carry out neither.

You can exercise the most important of these rights yourself, immediately and without contacting us:

For any other request, contact us using the address in section 16. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

12. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of your country. We do not knowingly process data from children. If you believe a child has used the app and provided data, contact us and we will help remove it.

13. Security

Local data is held in the app's private storage, isolated by Android from other applications. All communication with OneSignal uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. A rooted or compromised device in particular weakens these protections.

14. Medical disclaimer

The app provides statistical estimates based on published formulas. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, your training or your medication.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the app changes or when the law requires it. The new version is published at this address and the "Last updated" date at the top is revised. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced inside the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Policy.

16. Contact
